1. Pre-operation Inspection and Preparation
Before starting the machine, complete pre-operation inspection and preparation strictly. First, check all connecting pipes of the equipment. Ensure every pipe is tightly and correctly inserted without looseness or air leakage, as poor pipe connection will directly affect the vacuum negative pressure filling effect. Then, prepare the water tank of the machine. Only purified water can be added to the water tank; tap water or impure water is prohibited. Impure water will cause scale accumulation, block the internal pipeline, damage the vacuum system, and reduce filling precision. After filling the water tank with a standard water level, confirm the power supply is 220V single-phase power and check that the circuit connection is safe and normal.
2. Standard Machine Startup Procedure
Follow the strict startup sequence to turn on the device. The correct startup step is to switch on the water tank system first, wait for the water circulation system to run stably, and then turn on the main machine power. Do not start the main unit first, which will cause abnormal operation of the vacuum pump and wear of internal parts. After the main machine is started, enter the PLC intelligent control panel. The panel supports simple parameter adjustment and multi-language switching, no professional training is required for operation. Set the filling liquid level height according to the bottle specification, with the adjustable range from 26mm to 50mm from the bottle mouth.
3. Formal Operation Specifications
During formal operation, the electric eye sensing system will realize automatic positioning and filling. The machine adopts the no-bottle-no-filling design to avoid raw material waste. The negative pressure vacuum filling system can automatically suck back excess fragrance oil and perfume liquid, and the redundant materials will flow back to the stainless steel return reservoir. The buffer spring equipped on each filling nozzle effectively prevents glass and plastic bottles from cracking due to excessive air pressure. Operators only need to place empty bottles stably on the fixed bracket to complete continuous filling work.
4. Shutdown and Daily Maintenance
After daily work, turn off the main machine first and then cut off the water tank system power. Clean the return reservoir and filling nozzles regularly to prevent material residue from causing pollution. Regularly check the vacuum pump operation status to ensure long-term stable and efficient op
