Workshop Production and Pending Shipment Report

This report summarizes the latest workshop production progress and pending shipment status of Sinaekato Company, covering finished goods preparation, quality inspection and overseas delivery arrangement. In this production cycle, the workshop has completed all scheduled production tasks with standardized processing, strict quality control and efficient assembly procedures. All finished products have passed full quality inspection, sorting and formal packaging, and are fully prepared for subsequent international shipments.

To meet diverse overseas market orders, the qualified finished goods are classified and reserved for seven destination countries, including France, Nigeria, Pakistan, Algeria, Myanmar, Italy and Sri Lanka. The workshop team has strictly followed international export standards for product packaging, label marking and batch classification to adapt to different regional customs clearance requirements and transportation specifications. Each batch of goods is recorded with detailed production batch numbers, inspection reports and packing lists to ensure traceability and shipment accuracy.

At present, all finished products are neatly stored in the special finished goods warehouse, waiting for container loading and outbound delivery. The production and logistics teams have completed handover confirmation, sorted goods by destination, and verified order information repeatedly to avoid delivery errors. For European destinations including France andItaly, products are packaged with EU standard specifications; for African markets such as Nigeria and Algeria, shockproof and moisture-proof packaging is adopted to adapt to long-distance ocean transportation; for Asian markets including Pakistan, Myanmar and Sri Lanka, goods are sorted and bundled according to local logistics requirements.

The workshop maintained stable operational efficiency throughout the production process, with zero unqualified products and zero production delays. Follow-up work will focus on coordinating freight scheduling, completing customs declaration materials, and arranging timely shipment for all reserved overseas orders.
