This article systematically introduces the technical parameters and supporting configurations of 4000L and 2500L PME liquid washing homogenizing mixers, covering main host performance, structural design and auxiliary systems.
1. Core Parameter Configuration of Two Mixers
The 4000L model has a design volume of 5000L and a working volume of 4000L, while the 2500L model features a 3125L design volume and 2500L working volume. Both adopt a three-layer stainless steel structure. The inner layer in contact with materials is 8mm-thick SUS316L, the middle layer is 6mm-thick SUS304, and the outer protective layer is 3mm-thick SUS304, ensuring corrosion resistance and structural stability.
2. Mixing and Homogenizing System
Both machines are equipped with top unidirectional mixing devices fitted with PTFE scrapers. The 4000L mixer is matched with a 22KW mixing motor with 0-60 RPM frequency conversion speed regulation, and the 2500L model uses an 11KW motor with the same speed range. They are equipped with patented bottom homogenizer systems. The 4000L homogenizer is 30KW (0-3000 RPM) and the 2500L one is 22KW (0-3000 RPM), realizing efficient and uniform material homogenization.
3. Heating, Cooling and Discharging Design
The two mixers support steam heating and water cooling, equipped with steam pressure gauges and standard 2.0Kg pressure safety valves with customizable pressure parameters. Both adopt a half-opening lid structure without hydraulic lifting and tilting functions. The discharging system consists of automatic valves and rotary pumps (sold separately), achieving stable and automatic material output.
4. Auxiliary Supporting Systems
The supporting platform, stairs and railings are made of 2mm-thick SUS304 stainless steel with waterproof performance. The complete pipe system covers steam inlet and outlet, water inlet and outlet, and sewage discharge ports with combined automatic and manual valves. The SUS304 control box adopts Schneider electrical components, integrating emergency stop, mixing switch, current display and homogenizer timing functions, and is equipped with two exhaust fans for heat dissipation.
