To improve the comprehensive professional competence of staff, bridge the gap between foreign trade business operation and mechanical professional technology, and upgrade global customer service capability, the professional foreign trade team of SINAEKATO recently paid a study and exchange visit to Mettler Company, launching a targeted dual training covering foreign trade business and mechanical equipment technology.
This offline exchange activity on-site teaching, case sharing and interactive communication modes, covering two core training modules. In the foreign trade business session, both teams shared practical experience including overseas customer negotiation skills, international order compliance management, cross-border trade document processing, regional market development strategies for Southeast Asia and European markets, as well as after-sales overseas service standard procedures. The SINAEKATO team sorted out pain points in daily foreign trade work and learned mature international business operation norms from Mettler’s professional team.
Professionally defined, a lights-out factory, also known as a dark factory, is a core intelligent manufacturing model of Industry 4.0. Its core manufacturing philosophy focuses on unmanned autonomy, lean production and human-machine collaboration. Instead of replacing human employees completely, it transfers staff from repetitive, high-risk manual posts to high-value work including technical research, data analysis, system management and customized project development. Supported by IoT, AI and automatic control systems, it realizes unmanned feeding, production, inspection and finished product delivery. In the mechanical technology training part, technical specialists from Mettler gave on-site explanations on lights-out factory (dark factory) intelligent production mode, core automated equipment performance, production manufacturing standards, unattended system operation, equipment maintenance specifications and customized smart solution design. Combined with actual overseas smart factory project cases, the team clarified professional technical parameters, unmanned production logic, common customer consultation problems and on-site installation debugging key points, helping foreign trade staff master systematic mechanical expertise to provide accurate technical support for global clients.
All participating members communicated actively, exchanged industry insights and complemented professional advantages during the activity. This study breaks the limitation that foreign trade personnel only master sales skills, realizes integrated improvement of business ability and technical literacy.
Moving forward, SINAEKATO will arrange regular industry exchange training activities, build a professional, business-savvy and tech-proficient foreign trade team, deliver standardized trading services and reliable mechanical solution support for global partners, and steadily expand the international market layout with professional strength.
