Motor & Speed Control

Powered by a SINA EKATO brushless motor with 1300W power and 220V/50Hz power supply, the unit delivers strong and stable performance. Its speed ranges from 0 to 30,000 rpm, supported by stepless adjustable speed control with clear scale display for precise operation.

Interchangeable Shear Heads & Wetted Parts

The machine comes with interchangeable shear heads: 18G, 20G, 25G and 30G to suit different materials and processes. All wetted parts are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring high hygiene, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. PTFE bushings provide smooth and durable operation.

Pneumatic Lifting & Sturdy Base

Equipped with pneumatic lifting with a 200mm stroke, the homogenizer allows convenient height adjustment for different vessels. It stands on a sturdy carbon steel base with white coating, offering good stability and a clean appearance.

Lab-Scale Processing & Performance

Designed for lab-scale production, the DP‑25 handles a processing volume of 1L to 5L. It efficiently disperses particles, emulsifies oil and water phases, and creates uniform, stable formulations without separation.
