Equipped with a high-speed double dispersion disc system, the machine realizes strong shear, impact, crushing and dispersion of materials during operation. It efficiently completes grinding, emulsifying, uniform mixing and fine refining of raw materials with different viscosities. The pot adopts a three-layer stainless steel structure, including an outer thermal insulation layer, a middle electric heating layer and an inner material contact layer made of imported SS316L stainless steel. The inner wall is polished to 300EMSH sanitary mirror level without dead corners or material residue. It adopts flange sealing connection between the pot body and cover, and reserves multiple process holes for feeding, discharging, temperature and pressure measurement. Built with a 360° CIP cleaning ball, it supports full-range automatic cleaning to meet sanitary production standards.

Taking the classic SME-B-50L model as an example, the equipment is equipped with a Siemens motor and inverter speed regulation system, with a stirring speed range of 0-3400 r/min and a 5.5KW motor power. The 3KW heating system ensures stable and uniform material heating, and the working pressure ranges from 0.1 to 0.15 Mpa. All electrical components adopt imported configurations with mechanical sealing transmission, ensuring stable, safe and durable long-term operation.
