A batch of 316L stainless steel single-layer pneumatic mixing tanks, custom-made for a Dubai perfume client, has been fully fabricated and inspected at our workshop. This proven model is not a newly launched product; it is a mature mixing vessel tailored to satisfy the client’s specific fragrance production requirements.
Fabricated from premium 316L stainless steel, these tanks deliver outstanding corrosion resistance, perfect for perfume formulas containing alcohol and various essence solvents. The single-layer design is easy to clean and sanitize, fully fitting GMP hygiene rules for cosmetic and fragrance manufacturing. Powered by a pneumatic stirring system, the equipment eliminates electric spark hazards, a vital safety feature for flammable perfume raw materials.
Every tank has mirror polished internal and external surfaces, a quick-open manhole for feeding and checking, and heavy-duty swivel casters. The casters allow flexible movement across the production area between batching, sampling and filling processes. The pneumatic agitator provides gentle, homogeneous blending to protect delicate perfume notes from heat damage and ensure consistent fragrance quality.
Our engineering team adjusted the details of this mature tank design according to the Dubai customer’s workshop layout and production workflow. These finished units will soon be packed and shipped to the UAE to support the client’s perfume blending operation.
