Precise CNC Rotor & Adjustable Speed System
The machine reaches a maximum speed of 2880 rpm with stepless speed regulation via an energy-saving frequency converter. The one-piece forged rotors and stators are precisely CNC machined for high linear speed and superior processing performance. Equipped with ABB motor and SIEMENS inverter, paired with Schneider electrical components in SUS304 control box, the whole system runs steadily with low failure rate.
Leak-Proof Structure & Long-Term Operation
Adopting double-end face mechanical seal, water-shortage protection and jacket cooling design, the equipment achieves zero leakage and supports long-time continuous operation, greatly cutting maintenance costs. The full stainless steel body features 316L material for material contact parts and 304 for the exterior, with an optional sanitary motor cover for full hygienic compliance.
Flexible Connection & Discharge Mode
It supports diversified connections including flange, quick coupling and SMS quick installation, with customizable high/low temperature and high-pressure adaptation. Without hydraulic lifting or tilting structure, it adopts automatic valve discharge, supporting positive pressure, homogenizer and rotary pump discharge.
