EU & US Standards — Sinaekato Pursues Global Compliance

At Sinaekato, we always place the demands of global clients at the very core of our production philosophy. When our overseas customer raised wiring standard requirements for European and American markets, our technical team responded immediately and fully revised the internal wiring of the control cabinet without delay. This rectification process has become a valuable lesson that drives our continuous progress.
PIC1
The original cabinet used 0.5 mm² thin wires for phase and neutral circuits, which failed to meet international safety codes. Both EU and US standards mandate that phase and neutral conductors must have a minimum cross-section of 1.5 mm². Our electricians stripped all old thin cables, replaced them with qualified thick wires, and reorganized messy internal wiring to achieve neat, standardized routing inside the stainless steel cabinet.
PIC2
Apart from wire thickness, strict color-coding rules for different regions were fully implemented. For European installations, phase wires adopt black, neutral wires use light blue, while DC circuits require dark blue and white 0V lines. For the American market, separate color regulations for low-voltage AC below 80V are followed strictly. Our team sorted terminals, crimped brand-new insulated wire lugs, and reconnected breakers, PLC modules, solenoid valves and contactors one by one to fully match dual-region standards.
Tools including electric drills, cutting scissors and terminal connectors were all on-site for efficient modification. Though the rework took extra working hours, we never compromised on compliance. Every detail, from cable labeling to terminal fastening, was double-checked to eliminate hidden electrical hazards.
This revision taught our team an important truth: global equipment manufacturing demands full awareness of regional electrical norms. Every customer request is a chance to upgrade our production capability. Moving forward, Sinaekato will integrate EU and US wiring standards into our pre-production design checklist, delivering safer, fully compliant industrial equipment to partners worldwide.
