Combining advanced mechanical design, mature production processes and microcomputer control technology, this instrument guarantees reliable data collection. The blue-backlit high-brightness LCD screen shows data clearly. Featuring high detection sensitivity, stable test results, easy operation and neat appearance, it can measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It fits viscosity inspection for oil, paint, plastics, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings and detergents perfectly.
The DM‑1 boasts solid technical performance. Its measuring range spans from 1 to \(2\times10^6\ \mathrm{mPa\cdot s}\). The 0–4 rotor set can test low-viscosity samples as low as \(0.1\ \mathrm{mPa\cdot s}\), paired with eight optional rotating speeds ranging from 0.3 rpm to 60 rpm; the device can automatically match suitable rotors and speeds. The English operating interface suits overseas operators well. Practical built-in functions include timing, time modification and time checking. It supports automatic temperature measurement (the matched probe can detect temperatures up to 150℃), alongside RS232 and print interfaces for convenient data exporting. It achieves ±1% measurement accuracy for Newtonian liquids. Compatible with AC 110V–220V power supply, it runs reliably under ambient conditions of 5℃–35℃ and relative humidity ≤80%. With dimensions of 370×325×280 mm and net weight of 6.8 kg, it occupies little lab space.
One complete package contains the main unit, full rotors, power adapter, protective frame, base, lifting column, operation manual, qualification certificate, warranty paper and special wrenches. All accessories are stored in a durable aluminum alloy case for safe transport.
