Recently, our factory has finished fabrication and full factory acceptance inspection for six sets of 500L pneumatic perfume mixing tanks customized exclusively by a Dubai-based client, representing another fruitful cooperation in the Middle East personal care equipment industry.
Unlike conventional electrically driven mixing vessels, this batch adopts a full pneumatic driving system to match the strict explosion-proof regulations applied in Dubai’s perfume production workshops. As perfume production widely uses alcohol-containing volatile raw materials, pneumatic drive generates no electric sparks during operation, effectively removing fire and explosion risks and complying with local industrial safety codes. The tank body is constructed of high-grade 304 stainless steel with mirror polishing on inner and outer walls. The ultra-smooth interior prevents residual buildup of perfume essence, essential oils and alcohol blends, and supports complete CIP cleaning to avoid cross-contamination across different fragrance formulas.
Every 500L tank is fitted with a quick-open manhole, sanitary breather valve, ergonomic handles and lockable swivel casters. The movable caster design enables flexible layout adjustment inside workshops, streamlining material transfer across batching, mixing and filling workflows. The sealed tank structure traps volatile aromatic ingredients during agitation, cutting fragrance loss and stabilizing the scent consistency of final perfume products.
After benchmarking multiple suppliers, the Dubai client finalized the customized solution with our company. The client’s procurement team noted that local perfume factories set high standards for explosion-proof capability, sanitary grade and long-run reliability. Our pneumatic mixing design eliminates safety risks caused by electric units in flammable working environments, while the sanitary polished finish meets cosmetic-grade hygiene requirements for perfume manufacturing. Throughout production, our engineering team fine-tuned stirring speed ranges and sealing structures according to the client’s raw material properties, and ran mixing uniformity tests before shipment.
All six mixing tanks have passed pressure tests, stirring performance trials and hygiene audits. They will be packed with shockproof cushioning materials and shipped to Dubai via international logistics. Our after-sales team will provide remote installation guidance and operational training for local operators upon arrival.
