A full range of mixing vessels covering lab-scale 50L to industrial 10,000L capacities are being assembled, wired and pre-tested onsite, fully customizable to match unique factory output, formula types and operational preferences of small boutique brands and large mass-production manufacturers alike.
All units are fabricated with sanitary 304 stainless steel, with 316L grade available on request. Internal and external tank surfaces adopt high-standard mirror polishing to prevent material buildup, enabling easy CIP cleaning and zero cross-contamination for manufacturing creams, serums, facial lotions, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquids. The triple mixing structure—top slow anchor stirring, central high-shear homogenizer and bottom auxiliary blending motor—ensures homogeneous emulsification for both thick paste skincare formulas and thin liquid cleaning products.
One standout customizable feature is the dual-control operation system, developed to accommodate different client operational habits. Customers can freely select between full PLC touchscreen intelligent control and physical manual button control, or opt for a combined dual-control mode as required. The PLC touch panel stores hundreds of production recipes, allowing one-click parameter recall for temperature, stirring speed, vacuum pressure and mixing duration to maintain consistent product quality. The standalone button control offers straightforward manual operation for factories with simpler production workflows, lowering training thresholds for on-site workers.
Further personalized adjustments cover every part of the production line. Clients may choose hydraulic lifting tank structures or fixed platform setups with stainless steel staircases and guardrails, paired with matching oil-phase and water-phase pre-mixing tanks, material transfer pumps, heating/cooling circulation systems and customized feeding-discharging pipeline layouts.
