Big news : 8 Full Containers of Customized Mixer from SINAEKATO Shipped to Nigeria

                                                    

     This shipment mainly consists of core finished equipment: vacuum homogenizing emulsifiers, customized Toothpaste mixer and liquid washing mixer and so on,which serve as essential core machines for local detergent, skincare and pharmaceutical production lines in Nigeria. Every piece of stainless steel equipment has finished full assembly, strict functional debugging and comprehensive pre-shipment quality testing as per the customer’s customized technical requirements. Before loading, all machines are wrapped tightly with waterproof film and shock-resistant padding to avoid scratches, damp erosion and bump damage during domestic land transit and lengthy ocean shipping to West Africa. All packaged units are neatly stacked in the factory yard, waiting for container stuffing.

     A fleet of Maersk container trucks lines up beside the workshop for loading arrangements. Three tarpaulin-covered open-top containers are reserved for oversized liquid washing kettles and large homogenizer main tanks. Thanks to the open-top design, bulky over-height vessels can be lifted vertically by cranes, overcoming the dimensional limitation of standard closed containers. The other five classic blue high-cube containers are used to store medium-sized homogenizing mixers, supporting frames, pipeline fittings and assorted spare parts. The extra vertical space of high cube containers optimizes loading rate and helps Nigerian partners control overall logistics expenditure effectively.

Experienced workers lift, position and fasten all wrapped machines into respective containers. After cargo tally, container sealing and complete customs paperwork are confirmed, the whole truck convoy departs the plant toward the seaport for subsequent vessel loading bound for Nigeria.
