Automated Ultrasonic Machine Improves Tube Packaging Efficiency

Advanced fully‑automatic ultrasonic dual‑chamber filling and sealing equipment brings one‑stop automated processing for twin‑component hoses, catering to the packaging demands of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and fine‑chemical industries. Built around a ten‑station rotary indexing table, the system completes the full production workflow: automatic tube feeding, colour‑mark alignment, dual‑station filling, ultrasonic sealing, tail trimming and finished‑product discharging, drastically cutting manual labour and overall operational costs.

Technical Performance & Build Quality

The whole machine is constructed of 304 stainless‑steel material, delivering reliable acid‑alkali and corrosion resistance for hygienic production workshops. Its core ultrasonic unit features self‑developed digital automatic frequency‑tracking power supply with built‑in power compensation. Operators do not need manual frequency tuning; output power can be adjusted freely according to hose material and dimension. It delivers firm sealing with clear texture and zero tube deformation, maintaining low failure rates even during long‑hour continuous operation. Running at 20 kHz and working air pressure of 0.6 MPa, it achieves an output of 10‑13 tubes per minute.

Precision & Intelligent Control

Two optional filling ranges cover 10‑120 ml and 25‑250 ml, with filling precision held within ±1 %. It supports sealing diameters from 25 mm to 50 mm and sealing height of 50‑210 mm. A leak‑proof filling head prevents material dripping. An intelligent detection system activates “no‑tube‑no‑fill, no‑tube‑no‑seal” logic to reduce wear on mechanical structures and moulds. Overload protection and safety interlocks further secure stable round‑the‑clock production.

Industrial Integration

Key functional parts adopt globally recognised industrial components. Controlled by PLC together with a touch‑screen human‑machine interface, the integrated fault‑alarm system displays error information directly on screen, supporting fast troubleshooting and quick recovery. With solid build weighing 530 kg and footprint of 1830 mm × 1400 mm × 1780 mm, it fits well in medium‑and‑large‑scale manufacturing premises.

As dual‑formula flexible hoses gain growing market popularity, this all‑in‑one filling‑sealing solution offers manufacturers consistent sealing quality and enhanced throughput. It represents a practical automation upgrade for enterprises pursuing higher packaging standards and better production profitability.
