1. Shipment Overview

We are pleased to announce the successful shipment of 3 sets of 10-ton fixed type vacuum emulsifying mixers to Vietnam, customized for local daily chemical and cosmetic mass production factories. This fixed-model emulsifier is specially designed for customers with limited factory height and budget-friendly procurement demands, serving as a practical and high-efficiency production solution for Vietnamese manufacturing enterprises.

2. Structural Design and Working Performance

Different from the lift-type emulsifier, this fixed mixer features an integrated tank lid and body without hydraulic lifting structure, which effectively saves workshop space and reduces equipment costs. The complete machine consists of a main emulsifying tank, oil and water pretreatment pots, vacuum pump, and electric control system. Raw materials are fully dissolved and pre-mixed in the auxiliary pots, then vacuum-sucked into the main tank for stirring, shearing and homogenization. Equipped with a top scraping mixing system and bottom high-shear homogenizer, it supports adjustable speeds of 0-63rpm for mixers and 0-3600rpm for homogenizers. Adopting German high-shear technology, the emulsification fineness reaches 0.2-5μm, ensuring fine and stable product quality.

3. Advanced Configuration and Advantages

The 1T fixed emulsifier is built with imported three-layer stainless steel, with mirror polishing treatment that fully meets GMP production standards. It supports optional electric and steam heating as well as circulating cooling functions to adapt to diverse production processes. The built-in CIP automatic cleaning system with multiple spray balls enables thorough tank cleaning after production, solving the cleaning difficulty of fixed tank structure. The equipment achieves a maximum vacuum degree of -0.09Mpa, effectively avoiding bubble generation and greatly improving finished product grade.
