1500L Liquid Washing Pot Launched for Daily Chemical Production

    This 1500L liquid washing pot is a high-performance stainless steel mixing reactor specially developed for the production of liquid detergents, shampoo, body wash, hand sanitizer and other daily chemical liquid products, adopting a three-layer composite insulation structure with strict grade division of stainless steel materials to meet hygiene, heat preservation and safety production standards.  
    The three-layer tank body features differentiated stainless steel configurations for each layer. The inner contact layer that directly touches raw materials is made of 6mm thick SUS316L stainless steel, which boasts outstanding corrosion resistance against surfactants, acid and alkaline raw materials, fully complying with food and cosmetic hygiene requirements. The middle interlayer, used for electric heating and water cooling circulation, is 6mm SUS304 stainless steel, offering stable structural strength for heat exchange media flow. The outer protective cladding is 3mm SUS304 stainless steel, serving as heat insulation and anti-collision protection to reduce heat loss and avoid scald risks for operators.
    For temperature control, the vessel equips an 18KW electric heating system supporting a temperature range of 0℃ to 100℃, which can rapidly heat the heat transfer medium inside the interlayer to raise material temperature evenly without local overheating. A water cooling circuit is integrated into the same interlayer, compatible with tap water or external chiller circulating water, enabling fast cooling of finished liquid after mixing and emulsification to shorten production cycles.
    Two core stirring and emulsification units guarantee uniform product quality. The top-mounted mixing unit is fitted with a unidirectional PTFE scraper, with stepless adjustable rotation speed from 0 to 60 RPM. The soft PTFE scraper closely fits the tank inner wall to scrape off viscous materials and eliminate dead mixing zones, preventing raw material adhesion and deterioration. At the tank bottom lies a patented high-shear homogenizer driven by a 3KW motor. Controlled by frequency inverter, its rotating speed ranges from 0 to 3000 RPM, delivering powerful high-speed shear to fully disperse, emulsify and homogenize thick liquid formulas for fine, stable texture.
    In terms of operational structure, the machine adopts a half-opening top cover, facilitating convenient feeding, observation and tank interior cleaning. A manual discharge valve is installed at the bottom center for smooth, residue-free output of finished liquid. An independent stainless steel electric control cabinet is welded on the side of the vessel as shown in the pictures, integrating complete control components: emergency stop button for instant power cut under abnormal conditions, independent on/off switches for main mixing and bottom homogenizer, real-time current display meters, and a timer for homogenization duration setting. Key temperature controllers adopt reliable Omron brand, realizing precise constant-temperature monitoring during the whole production process.
    Overall, this 1500L three-layer liquid washing pot integrates heating, cooling, slow wall-scraping stirring and high-shear homogenization in one unit. With hygienic SUS316L contact surface, fully adjustable speed and user-friendly independent electric control panel, it is an ideal core equipment for medium-batch daily chemical liquid detergent manufacturing.
