Our production facility has successfully completed fabrication of three tailor-made 10000L liquid washing mixers, all custom engineered in strict accordance with detailed technical specifications submitted by our valued Italian customer. These large-capacity mixing units are purpose-built for the mass production of various liquid washing items such as laundry detergents, dish soap, hand washes and other household cleansing formulations.
Fabricated from high-grade stainless steel that meets European industrial hygiene standards, each mixer features optimized top-mounted stirring assemblies, dependable tripod support frames and versatile reserved pipe ports. The refined internal surface of every tank facilitates convenient CIP sanitization, while the precision stirring mechanism guarantees homogeneous blending of surfactants and thickening agents, eliminating liquid layering and ensuring consistent quality across production batches.
Following manufacturing, we carried out comprehensive pre-delivery arrangements as required by trade protocols. We invited the Italian client to our workshop for on-site machine inspection and full performance testing. Rigorous checks covering pressure resistance, stirring stability, sealing tightness and operating safety were conducted on all three mixers. No defects were detected throughout the evaluation, and the customer formally approved the equipment after satisfactory test outcomes.
Once the client signed off on acceptance, the three mixers went through protective packaging procedures and have now been shipped to Italy. This custom order stands as another milestone of our growing European client portfolio. Our technical team remains on standby to provide follow-up installation guidance and after-sales assistance.
