Performance & Features

SME-BE3500L Toothpaste Making Machine - Main Mixer
-Three layers stainless steel, all contact product adopts stainless steel 316L,other/surface adopts stainless steel 304;
-Steam heating
-Single direction mixing with scraper + dispersing mixing on 2 sides
- Control by touch screen + PLC (Electrical button optional)
- Top mixing - Single direction mixing with scraper + 2 sides dispersing mixing
-Homogenizer/Emulsifier optional;

2000L Water-phase Premixer:
A. Three layers stainless steel, all contact product adopts stainless steel 316L,other/surface adopts stainless steel 304;
B. Steam heating
C. Top - Paddle mixing with guide plate & bottom homogenizer

1800L Oil-phase Premixer:
