A vacuum homogenizer is a precision device that integrates vacuum degassing, high-speed shear homogenization, mixing, temperature control and other functions. Its core advantage lies in achieving ultra-fine refinement and stabilization of materials in a vacuum environment, making it suitable for high-demand industrial production and scientific research scenarios such as food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. The following is an elaboration from the aspects of functions, characteristics, core parameters and application scenarios.

Core Functions
- Fine Homogenization and Emulsification: The rotor-stator operates at high speed (linear speed is usually above 20 m/s). Through shearing, impact and cavitation, materials are crushed to the micron or even nanometer level (200 nm – 2 μm), forming a stable emulsion and preventing delamination and sedimentation.
- Vacuum Degassing/Defoaming: The airtight cavity is evacuated (vacuum degree up to 10 mbar) to quickly remove bubbles and air generated during mixing and emulsification, improve product compactness and avoid problems such as air holes and bottle swelling.
- High-Efficiency Mixing and Dispersion: The coordinated operation of scraper stirring and frame/planetary stirring can clean the wall sticking thoroughly and eliminate dead corners. It is suitable for high-viscosity materials (maximum viscosity up to about 100,000 mPa·s), realizing uniform mixing of liquid-liquid, solid-liquid and multi-component materials. Powder materials can be sucked under negative pressure to prevent dust emission.
- Temperature Control and Process Adaptability: Jacket heating/cooling (using steam, hot water or refrigerant) enables precise temperature control. It can be integrated with CIP cleaning, pH monitoring, inert gas protection and other functions to meet GMP and multi-process requirements.
- Airtight Pollution Prevention and High-Efficiency Discharging: It isolates air to prevent oxidation and microbial contamination, extending the shelf life of products. Vacuum/pressure-assisted discharging is available, featuring low residue and high cleaning efficiency during batch switching.
